Diary Management & Organisation

Using a physical diary was proving difficult to manage for this client, and as a result business was being lost either because of appointments being missed or being double booked, an all too familiar story for many busy people. We implemented a solution using Ovatu, a great platform for this type of business, giving the client full control of working hours, appointment management, correspondence and fee collection including a deposit collection using Stripe. The business inbox was also incredibly busy, so we provided a daily review with the client, quickly learning which messages were urgent and important, allowing us to prioritise actions.

Result? Time saved on correspondence, accurate billing and no more embarrassing ‘phantom’ or missed appointments.

I want to be more professional

Document Creation & Management

This client didn’t have much time to pull together quotations for their clients. As a result of this, they had a very simple, plain and uninformative document that was sent out when a new client asked for a quotation. This can result in a loss of work due to the lack of professionalism and quality.
We took over this process for the client and created them a new template which was fully detailed to help increase the client acceptance rate.

Result? Client quotations now get sent out in full detail and breakdown so they know exactly what it is they are getting from the service provided.
